ORDER INFORMATION SUCH AS BILLING OR SHIPPING ADDRESS THAT IS INACCURATE OR INCOMPLETE MAY RESULT IN DELAYS. PRODUCTS CANNOT BE SHIPPED TO INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES.
Delivery Service & Shipping charges
- An order confirmation is confirmation that we have received your order. An order confirmation does not verify that the order has been dispatched. The sales team will advise you of the delivery day after your order, subject to our terms and conditions.
- All shipping charges are based on package weight and dimension.
- If shipping charges were not calculated for any reason, you will be contacted by one of our sales assistants before shipping.
- Somebody must be home or at the site to sign for the delivery. If not, the re-delivery may be surcharged,
- On larger orders, the delivery driver may require some assistance due to the size and ‘bulky’ nature of the rolls.
- We are unable to refund any online purchase from the time your order is placed (when you click the Process Order button) until the product is received by you and returned to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase after receiving your product, please review our returns policy.
